Hi,
I have question about Unberistet visum
I lived in germany for 5 years.
I have 2 year aufenthaltbewilligung, and 3 year aufenthaltserlaubnis on which i was working in university. Currently I am doing my PhD in Ireland
Can i apply for unbefristet visa for germnay

No, you cannot apply.

As you are living in Ireland and you left Germany already.

No, the clock has been reset. You will have to fulfil the 5 year tax-paying obligation again to qualify for NE.

One exception is that if you can secure a high paying job (> 65000 euros or something in that area). Search the website for more info.
