Does anyone know how to get the benefit of tax rebate on the money which is for supporting the parents.
I heard about Unterhaltsbescheinigung(Certificate of maintenance),also i downloaded the form which is in English and German.
I would like to know from whom should i get this stamped in Delhi NCR region.
Also is it possible for me to get the tax benefit for 2007 if i get this document signed now.

up to my knowledge..yes you will get tax returns with Unterhaltsbescheinigung, if its signed by MRO (or any reginal office responsible for some kind public service dept like muncipal commisioner).

But i dont know that after applying here (for tax returns) weather it will be verified in INDIA?

It would be more helpful if someone got this document signed before because if we go to a MRO or Notary to get such document signed which they never saw or heard before they will only be a little hesitant to put their sign.
