This means the NE does NOT have the company name on it?? I ask this because on my current Aufenthaltserlaubnis, the name of the company where I work is written. The answer is NO, no restrictions of any kind
..but here comes the complicated stuff, some Officers wil only give you the NE when you have removed your restrictions (Auflagen), so egg and chicken dilemma. But in the majority of cases, the step is quite straightforward. Residence Permit with restrictions -> NE without any kind of restrictions.
