I have been got into very unique situation.
My husband got visa within 5days but mine and my daughter pending more than 3.5months.
German office lady asking my husband to change his single status to married by giving original marriage certificate in city registration office.
But my marraige certificate is with Bangalore consulate.
Please help and really need expert suggestions.

So what you mean to say is "you dont have a xerox copy of your marriage certificate". Send the xerox copy, get it translated in German and submit it in the authority.

We have scanned copy but city registration officer will not accept that. I understand that they need originals.
 However we never tried that to talk to officer as they don't talk without appointment.
