I and my family staying in Germany since 2007 and we both working in university. This year we decided to go for permanent residence permit. I have a PhD degree from here. My status comes under higly skilled. 

But the problem is I have a no more working contract. I got a good job in Zurich for 3 years and I want to move there and come back to Germany because my family stay.

 Do you think I will get Permanent residence permit in such case? I will  also hold  in those three years guest scientist position in Germany.

When I move there I will get ny residence permit for Germany. My spouse has only 25% job.

Please reply me some one is it possible to outside for 1 or 3 years and now apply for Permanent visa.

Hi,

as long as you keep your German residence and go back home to your family on the weekends, then your local address in Germany will stay your so called 'Lebensmittelpunkt'.

In this case you should not have any problems.
