I am working in Germany since 2.1/2 years and my current employer from India.Working here with deputation visa and not paying any social security schema.
Now, I have a contract letter ( but not sponsorship) from one of the German company.
The problem is, now my current employer asking me to go back to Home country for at least two months before releasing the company.
In this situation, is there any problem for visa while returning back from Home country?

In this case, you need to go back to your home country (India) and apply from WP or Bluecard from there and then you can join the new German emploer, after getting the visa.

I, myself, had resigned my Indian employer here in Germany, I was asked to go back to india, but I didnt and I joined the new employer here itself. Later, I had to deal with Indian employer.
