I am a Mexican. I have a special private question. I
am working in Germany for the last 3 years. My wife
came to Germany in October 2004. Now due to a bitter
relationship between us we want to terminate our
married life. Now at first I want to send her back to
Mexico from Germany. But she says that she will not go
to there and she will employ a lawyer to stay here in
Germany. But I don’t want she stays in Germany
anymore. What can I do to send her back to Mexico?
Could you please help me how to proceed to handle
this.

are you talking about your wife or your dog ? I mean, there is no way to SEND some human person back to Mexiko or somewhere else (I suppose she is still alive) becouse you WANT to do that.

If that was your attitude, I'm sure what is the problem between you and your wife.

Sorry to inform you but your wife is right. She have no reason to go to Mexico.

After a while in D. she has the right to get a kind of "husband independent visa". This visa was thought exactly for the case you are exposing here. The womans rights in Germany are even stronger than your rights and she have the right to be in Germany

You can terminate your married life (I see it clear that you need that) Just a little more information, you must also pay her and even more if you have childs. That's law.

Sorry to tell you but your wife is not a thing, is a human being and if you don't want to have her here ask her please to leave the country. You can't kick her off.

But also think in another possibility, you can easily also leave the country.

Lo ultimo: que paso hombre? Estuviste tomando? No podes echar a tu esposa de aca!. Arreglen algo como adultos porque si no estas en el pais incorrecto. Aca las mujeres tienen derechos muy fuertes y se los han ganado.

i do have "best-and-only-idea" for your special case. you leave germany "as-soon-as-possible" then all your problems are solved. it is because you'll not be bound to german legal system anymore. unfortunatly you donot have any or some other option left. please donot forget to make "abmeldung" at "rathaus" where you live, meaning that you are leaving germany legally.
