for me,
it is the question of pain in the beginning or pain in the end and where do you want to spend the rest of your life.

if it is in germany, then better to get married certificate in germany.

if you decide to get married in Germany, you have to submit legalized documents and it is pain in the beginning but easy in the end. eg. for child birth certificate, etc. etc.
