It's about the strategies for integration of foreign IT expert at work place. We're going to talk about what kind of offers you and your family had/have had from your firm in your first year in Germany, for example Language courses, helping with moving or seeking the apartment sort like that.
If you work as IT Expert in Germany and got your qualification not from german university, it means you're not german, got your B.A or Master degree from another country and than moved to Germany to work. And your firm have less than 500 employees, please contact me.

as Detlef said, sorry but i'm not able to pay for the interview, because i don't have any financial support from my university or firm. as it wrote, this is for my degree (Diplom).
