one short question: if some has an NE and his job contract finishes and becomes jobless. Does he get arbeitslos geld? How much is it and for how long?

Yes, he does..

"How much is it and for how long?"
It depends on how long you have paid contributions to the unemployment insurance.(you may expect smt between 6 months and 1 year, if you are younger than 45) but you must have paid contributions at least one year. The amount is approx. 60% of your last net salary.

One more thing please, if one gets arbeitslosgeld for 1 year, then finds a job later on. Is he still entiteled for German Citizenship (after completing his 8 years), or does the 1 year arbeitslos make problems (for example: not counted in the 8 years or no more citizenship after getting arbeitslosgeld?)

At the time of Naturalisation application, you should not be taking state support(ALG is not considered as state support)

ALG is totaly harmless for the naturalisation but if you happen to take ALG 2 or Hartz IV(Social help) stuff at the time of application then it might be problematic. Your years of stay will be counted independent of your income type. Important is whether you take state support or not at the time of the application.
