I'm a non-EU citizen working in Germany (BW) with a work visa (Jede Beschäftigung erlaubt.Erwerbstätigkeit nur mit Gehnehmigung der Ausländerbehörde gestattet). I've been working for 4 yrs now and would like to apply for a EU-Arbeitserlaubnis that'll allow me to work in other EU countries too.

Can you please tell me what documents are needed for me to submit an Antrag at the ABH? Has someone already obtained a similar extension to his/her visa? It'll be great to know from previous experiences.

thanks for the reply raj - does it also include the 60 month RV rule? I didn't see it mentioned in the link
