I got the process in Court.
I was not gilty for anything.They have come withouth any proovement and any evidence at all.
They have blamed them selfs and Iwas fill sorry for them.
We used to be good friends....I was thinking so.
From the Ausländeramt Igot answer I get visum for 2 yearsand if I pass over Probezeit...in May I can get NE.
I am in Hannover now...any friends?

congratulations!! I was following your hot topic for a long time. And after long lasting patience and our collaboration here you finally got the Happy End.

I wish you would get NE as soon as possible, after that you will begin a new life, in safe! You deserve it for a long time.

With those rules it's almost impossible to kick good people out, IF they know them, do not make mistakes and immigration office respects the law.

I must say therefore that federal government has learnt from its mistakes and tried to close existing holes in law system that led to injustice.


Anyhow, congratulations! i am waitung when officials will start to work again (strike) and will decide finally what to do about my passport ...
