a) When we pay makler fees for finding a new house. ( I assume person moves from City A to City . I know when you move in the same city you dont get any return from fianzamt.

What percentage of money we get back, when we file our Tax Return.

b) Percentage of moving costs(Transportation charges ) too.

if you are in 3rd level support you probably could ... if your new place of residence were very close to your work place and the company did not allow people from support to have an access to the network from their home ... and you came in Germany just three months ago ...

Conclusion: theoretically - possible, in practice - nearly impossible

about 20-25%. depends on your income. you do not get money back, you just do not pay tax from the amount that you paid out for your relocation
