Salary types for permanent position and Relocation costs

I am selected in the phone interview.

Next is face-to-face.

During interview they told they i am expecting high salary. so if they give that i will not be paid for extra hours worked.
in another package they pay me less but extra hours will be paid. Of course it depends on how many extra hours i will work for.

Kindly please let me know how many salary packages are there for permanent position?

Also in germany does an employer pays relocation costs?

Compensation and salary depends on many factors. Provide more information, for e.g.:

- In which field are you working? Medical, engineering, IT, hospitality?
- On which post will you join the company? As CEO, manager, Surgeon, engineer, lawyer?
- Where will be relocated? Just like in India you are probably paid more in Mumbai than in Bhopal, city factor also aounts (although not so contrast as in India)
- How much work-expereince do you have? 1 year, 5 years, 25 years..?
