i have a very BIG question here even i ask myself too, we always hear & read in Germany "Gleiches Recht für alle", but is it in practice so? Some have to wait for nationality 5 weeks some have to wait for 1 years and some more than 1 years. Some are getting nationality without test of language some have to give exam. Some have to wait for niederlassungserlaubnis more than 1 years and some get same day. What is that?

Alle sind gleich, nur manche sind gleicher ;-)

Every one can apply and finally get a Citizenship or NE when the requirements are fulfilled. This is “Gleiches Recht“
Where as how much one has to wait does not fall in the category of “Recht“.

did you see in the same class some students are good and some not. And at the same time some pass the exam and some not!!! Do you know why? if yes , then you have the answer ;-)
