And in the next page it is mentioned as "Beshaeftigung nur gem $39 AufenthG i.V.m $ 36 (1) BeschV gestattet als Product engineer. Erlischt mit beebdigung der tatigkeit bei der Fa. XYZ GmbH."
I have few questions in my mind and confused a lot reading bits and pieces from different sources in internet.

I shall be very thankful if someone can take time to answer my question in very detail.

1) Required documents
2)Detail procedure for applying change of work permit.
3) Time to change workpermit from my current employer to new employer

Hi Mounir,

if your WP is attached to a specific company. And now that you have found another job, you are expected to take the offer letter and a copy of your resignation letter or a letter that says your contract with the current employer ends on a particular date.

Then the transfer of WP should be initiated.
