I will be father soon, so I am wordering which aufenthaltstitel will my baby get (NE or normal Aufenthalserlaubnis)? Also my job contract will finish after 1 year from now and in case I dont find another job, will I lose my NE or I can stay and get Arbeitslosgeld? Thanks in advance! zash

NE once given cannot be taken back unless
1. was obtained by false declaration or illegal means
2. person is considered a security risk

So that should be a satisfactory reply regarding your situation.

why should u care about what visa ur uborn child will get now. he/she is not goin to work for the next 15 years and by that time u should be having a German Pass.
