I am Non EU , Currently I am on Long term employment Germany national visa. Now my resident permit is in process. But due to time constraints I have to process my family reunion visa (Germany) without resident permit. As appointment is already scheduled and I do not want to post pone it.
I have all other documents in place including house contract. Can my family submit documents for the family visa without resident permit. I somewhere read that it may or may not necessary. Please advise and any other suggestions to this.
