Query regarding Visit/Tourist visa for Wife

Hello All,

I planned to call wife on visit visa by sponsoring using "Verphlichtungserklarung", but unfortunately I am not able to get the same because I am still a student and just doing Internship. So they are saying my salary is too less to apply for it. So now I have several questions

1. Can somebody in my Wife Blood relation like Brother sponsor her for visit visa for 45 days?
2. How much money do we need to show in her brother's account for 45 days?
3. Does my wife also need to show some amount in her Bank account as well? If yes how much?
4. In case my wife account does not have minimum balance to show (althoug her brother is sponsoring) What can be done?

PS: My wife is working and will take leaves from the company to visit Germany.
