1 month ago, i just sign a contract with a small company, and i submitted my contract to the auslandbehorde and it is now in process in arbeitsamt ( they do some Marktsprufung or something like that ). Now, i got a job interview ( this is the third phase ) from my dream company, super excellent company.
If everything goes well with this dream company, what should i do next ?
Can my current application be cancelled ? In fact, is it possible ? i believe that regarding my first company, the company will understand why i cancelled with them. But how about the Arbeitsamt ? Please advise on this...

Hi Fadwip,

If your current company allows you to quit now, I don't think any problem ahead. Just do it as usual, cancel the application in Arbeitsamt, and submit a new one. If your current company doesn't allow you to quit now, hhmm... see below.

if your dream company can wait you for a certain period, the thing becomes easy. Wait until you get the work permit, join the new company, resign at second day, in this case you become free probably after one month or even the next day, then come to join your dream company.
