Dear Friends,
Q1. I am working for one indian company having one branch in Munich (GMBH ltd company) who wants to cancel my german workpermit and send me to Indian parent company. They are putting the clause that I cannot leave this company and I have to work for 1 year in India.
But I want to stay and got one employer who is willing to give me contract.
In such situation what shall I do? Is it I give resignation (how much notice period I should give - I am employed since 7 months)
Is cancellation of contract is required for new company for processing the visa in Munich?
Is there any legal issues for staying and transfering of work permit? I need to take any decision before this month end.
