I just want to tell you sorry but I cannot understand the whole story.

I´m old and tired, but in my onlyneuronbrain is no place to understand how is possible that someone fires you and this thing causes Germany kick you off so fast. I read your all posts but I still don´t undestand.

Anyway, surely more than two of us want to help you. Regretabbly, I cannot send you money via post and the rest also don´t.

Please, post a bank account or something and you´ll start receiving help. I´m not a millionaire but I also have two kids and I can understand your pain and I´ll modestly help you.

Midle January start the terror.
February-Marz he buy new company in from Germany and told me that if I want to stay in DE I will have to sign that I am the owner of the companies and all goes over me.
I have done it and i mean time I have sell my old auto and he offer me his one and for it to pay him 300€ each month.
Next day he come to me and he searched all money for 1 year infront.
I have payed him 2500€ in hand and requested an written form, he told me that I must believe him.
In Juni I was searching from him Kundigung but he was categorical and did not give it to me.
Then we have discover the tumor by my wife.
I was writting since Marz for the problems with him.
My visum was valid till 24.11.2005.
In April I have send to Behörde request (from DvD) and according BMI Letter an BE and non bindet visum...after 2 months I got info, that I have to wait because soon I get NE.
Since Mrz I was working 14-15 hours per day and every Saturday and Sunday.
I could not go to Behorde and Arbeitsamt couse of my seeck wife, he did not wanted to gemme Kundigung, I was having 2 Months till NE.
In May my father got heart infarct and my 25 years cousin died.
I was desperet and had more problems.
Before that in January I have lost my best friend Vlatko in car accident and my wife lost her sister from brain tumor.All that has happened.
I am not lier.
I can send you all papers and documents even in our national news magazin was written.
He was just abusing all that, I was trusting and prayung that soon I get NE and finaly some relax.
In Mean time July-August I was forced to sign some other papers and he removed the company in Spain-Mallorca.
Officialy I was the owner of the 2 erotic chat portals and he was doing his businnes over me having no obligation over children pornography and security couse my name was there.
I HAD NO CHOICE!
September was worst.
My wife got seeck more.I was push for money, I had to pay the threetmen hier, in home for my father and several deads people from my family.
I am caming from Macedonia.
There is hell.You know that it is a land without reckognized name and wars and so much problems.
In the Macedonian war I have lost my cousin.He was live burned till died.
10 solders died then and where burned lives.It was in Euronews for it.
Back to Germany.....
I got the flat that he told me it is good for me.
It was disaster. The flath was with so much moistrue and pills and I got PlumolAsthma.
I was requested to pay 1500€ for the heizungkosten.
I went to lawer and was writting in the forum for it.
Till today nothing is done...still are negotiations and problems.
350€ for the kaution I have not receive back.
I have pay 450€ miete for the flat fort the last months I went out only after 2 weeks couse the lawer told me that I must live immidiate and got Atest from the doctor that we must live the flat.
Rest money I have not receive.
From 1500€ I was pushed over the lawer from werimieter to pay for 15 days. I payed 250 as first rate and was searching over my lawer to have answer and investigation why I must pay 1500€ for 6 months heizung period.
Still no answer and the money are gone.
Back to terror firma.
Couse of many stress nad problems and over work I got EDEM in my stomach.I went 2 times to inner medizine for stomach scanning.
I was seeck from all sides.
The condition of my wife was up-down...up-down.
I had to take care for my children also.
Employer had no understanding for it.
I was humiliating, arschloch, dumme idiot...komme schnell hier by fuss....Saturday 02.00 AM I was several times wake up from bed to go till 05.00 in morning.
I was doing it and trying to get some peece and to comm down.
I went home in Macedonia in August after 2 years and visited several graves from my family.
At home I was not told but my father has also paralize and I have to pay the threethman in hospital.
He has onyl 35€ rente per Months.
Back to Germany...
No pice at all.
Still work over time and lawers and problems.
15.09.2005 I have over ICQ to my friend tell that it goies to me worst and they are like N..I to me and I had no luck and when I get, if I get visum I will search no matter what but a normal job.
Saturady morning my coulegue who had find my notice book with he pass from ICQ give to employer and told him to seach something.
He find and print it out.
In mean time in Saturady I was half time at work and half time was doing the replacing in new flat from the small vilage where I was working to the small town.
Monday morning I was ready to go evening job from 17.00 till 02.00 ...
I was called and infront all people in the firma told for excuse.
I was humiliated and told that an Ausländer is not welcomed any more.
I was surprised and crying. I was told that I have plyed out my future and my chanches in Germany and got FrestloseKündigung with Haus veboot.
All left there and I was told that if I do not go at once a police will be called immidiate.
I was surprised and down on earth.
Written I was informed that I must return the car and never come back.
I return the car and in mean time he told me that he got the info from my couleg that I have install virus in the software.
He told me that if that is the truth he cill me as dog.
Other thing I do not remember couse I have heart infract.
I went to lawer and ask him what to do.
He made the prozess over Arbeit Gericht in midle last month.
From Gericht come infor that we must sit and deal each other and find sollution and if we did not we must go again on 10.02.2006.
In mean time Arbetgeber send an letter to Behörde with info that I am terrorist, I have wrote for Germany many bad things, ´that I do still money I make viruses and I do not know what else.
Behörde told me to go out from Germany immidiate and never come back.
I mean time over lawer I was trying to receive back the rest 2000€ that I have payed infront from the emplyer but he inform the court that such money was never payed at all.
2 Months and before one 1 week I call with TRUST7 help Mr Detlef and then Mrs.Ponert ad also request help because the visum endet till 24.11.2005
My lawer send an negotiation document to the employer that he pay me off till 31.10.2005 I isue my normal Kündigung that I can go and search normal ALG.
I was in Göttingen Arbeitsamt and inform them.
In mean time make the Anmeldung für Arbeitlosing Geld and I have send Arbeitbescheinigung to ex Employer that he must fulfiled and return to me back so I got all documents.
2 weeks - no answer.
Back to lawer and today morning he call Behörde and got infor that I can stay but I need an Arbeotlosinggeld bescheinigung from Arbeitsamt or job.
He call immidiate the lawer from the ex arbeitgeber and got answer that they are not agreed with the proposal.
All fall in water.
Back to Arbeitsamt...I got infor that I must wait maximum 3 weeks and then if I do not receive arbeitbescheinigung from ex Employer to tell them.
In mean time lawer cost money...
2 Months without money I have spen all for the flat, doctor, medicine, 2 children and food.
Visum end at 24.11.2005 and I have to live DE couse I do not have money, I do not have any more visum, I donot have arbeotlosinggeld and I do not have time to go over wait respond times and pay the lawers any more.
It is a long storry with so much papers from Gericht, Lawers, Arbeotsamt, Arbeotgeber,....
Yet I do not have money...I was hoping that I can get normal Kundigung and apply for Arbeotlosinggeld and get visum verlangerung.
The ex Arbeotgeber do not want to heard for it.
I have send him 2 emails for excusing, pleasing for sitting and talking ...RAUS..where the answer.
I asume he is scared because the comapnies are of my name and I know more about the money londering in Spain.
That job I got over Arbeitsamt and was there 2 years.
I had to take it couse if I had not, you know...no job no visum.
So...abuse, played off, with believing that the world is with roses and friends.
This is the storry...
I will all send to BMI, People Court Right Strasbour, Finanzamt, our embassy and I do not know where else.
I ask for the money of rente in Berlin and got answer that those money I can not get at all.
Going back in Mscedonia....I have read that in this 2 weeks are 15 bombs exploded and the Greece want to make war because of the name Macedonia.
And I am seeck...I am totaly seeck and I do not know what to do.

--There is NO point going back to Where u came from.Its a classic case of from Frying pan to Fire.

This is starting to look like a fraud to me,
like those cases where someone takes money and gets lost.

Lets Review this from beginig:

--He had a Pblm.
--Pblm got worsened
--Pblm was very bad.
--He hired HIS own Lawyer
--Case was getting Murkier.
--After Suggestion from the forum he approached VPMK

-- In the mean time he sugests the launch of 'Help Portal'
--His curent lawyers are optimistic.
-- I think the forum has done its part and has stayed on course and focus what it is for !!

unfortunately the members of the forum only know Max's version of the situation (which for me from beginning until today has several incongruences).

From my side, I think that he has been telling half of the true (in the best case).

Now that Max begins to ask money (and as you see, there are already people who want to help), I think is time that you put the thing in its real dimension and reality.

For the "health" of the forum members and considering how far is gone this history, I ask you please, Detlef, to inform us about the REAL situation.

I don't know about you (and the other members), but after reading this in his post:

I just can say that the double moral of this guy scares me!

In my opinion, Detlef cannot, must not and Should not disclose the info, or whatever.
As this info is a confidentail statement between an attorney & client.

my final message in this case!

Everything is true, Max is in a bad situation. He was a bit stupid (sorry Max) and his former employer is ... I can not say, because then I get into legal trouble.

But he has 2 good lawyers, one for 'Arbeitsrecht' and our VPMK lawyer for 'Ausländerrecht'. The 2 lawyers communicate and there are good chances, that tey can help Max. I can not say to much, because I do not have the right to do so.

On the other hand, Max has no money, his wife is sick and he has 2 children, so he needs our help. Even if he will get unemployment benifits sometimes, I do not know if it will be next week or next month, at the moment he needs money.

So I suggest, that you - MAX - publish your mail address here and if somebody will send you some money, he can mail you and ask for your bank account.

I will send you 50 Euro as soon as I know your account data.

If some others will do the same, you can buy food and what you need, to overcome the bad times you are in.

The visa is valid some more days, enough time to get an extension by the alien office.

So Max, keep cool, post your mail address and wait for the help of the trust7 community!

That 'children pornography' I was meaning that if some person is not in legal age (adult) person, and open such erotic portal and someone search responcibility ...the responsibilty fall to the owner of that chat portal.

I got this job over Arbeotsamt...there where vacancy I apply and got the job.
That was has happening .. I have told.

Some of us might be suspicious, some others too busy to listen to your problems. Not all out there are able/willing to help, so look forward for your future. Please give us a way to help you.
Do not get it wrong.
You will get around this situation. Be strong and do believe in your faith. Give yourself more time but stay focused on your priorities.
Ask for help on writing all this letters and do not miss the german mass-media! A camera around your ex-boss will 'help' accelerate the procedures. Hopefully you will find someone with some information/connections in this branch.

Want to tell you a few things.

- Trust7 community consists of thousands of members. And a few bad posts on you does NOT represent the sentiments of the whole community.

I am sure that most of the people have their sympathy with you.Remember, not all people called you mad or fraud, and there were many people, who right from the beginning wanted to help you ,even financially. People come from different backgrounds,culture, upbringing etc. , so it is natural that you will get all sort of responses.

And people have a right to be suspicious too since they do not know you personally. Now that Detlef confirmed that yours is a genuine case , I hope there will be no more name-calling .

Man , you really are going through a hell of time , but do not despair, everything will have an end and your bad times will also end. Good days are waiting for you in the future, you just have to keep going.

Now act as per your lawyers advice . In the meantime , help will arrive for you from many members here, what you have to do is to mail your konto details to Detlef as he has asked.
Even if you do not want the help as you have said , your kids will need it. How could you keep them hungry, when people are ready to help.

One more thing , your story has been misunderstood many a times because of your language. It is no ones fault. But any way keep posting.

I dont know who you are, but read some of your posts. Though i do not still have the whole picture of your issues, i feel that it is not good on our /Forum part to keep your kids starving, for what you are going through.

Standing in your shoes, i would post the Details/Bank details and see that the family
is fine first, irrespective what follows later.

Guys: After having heard from Detlef, it is true that Max is in trouble and all he needs is Peace of Mind and when there are problems,what one neeeds is not more problems. Our contribution to him will get him some peace of mind that at least his kids are doing fine.

Now when some money is on the way I think it is very important that max invest it in real thing.
What I mean is: I don't want to send him money to go home like a loser. I want him to fight for his rights and to get AE extension, ALG and in short time job and NE also.

I think this is oppinion from others too.
So I want max to say that he has come back to senses and back in the game, not running away.

I am certian all wanted and wants to help. The help initative to a large extend was triggred by DVD. I am certain DVD has not diluted his intentions or desire but wanted the right dimension when he posted the reply the forum that may have hurt folks.

Babloo too was right when when he prefixed MAX. They all were follwoing the post contributing to the post and when u see max as Not givng us his details as to where he is staying his Bank details , or not sticking to the advice

First, from beginning I always wanted to help. But I agreed with DvD. The problem with Max is that he simply does not hear anything.

He does a lot of mistakes. Look about what it happened with "children pornography". I just quoted him! If he didn't mean that, it's only his fault! And everthing from him is like that.

I don't know how he could be "forced" to be the owner of the companies. As far as I know, with his GC-visum it isn't allowed (legally) to do that!

I remember several months ago a post where somebody asked help for information regarding of doing a company together with his boss. The poster told that the business was very good and for that reason his boss (wo also was "his friend") wanted to give half of the company to him, get only some thousand euros from him and helping him to stay in Germany. Many answers were given, telling that it sounded too good to be true and advice was provided to be VERY careful about what his boss was offering him.

I bet that Max was the owner of that post, and as we may see, he simply did not hear anything. And that is the BIG problem. Even if the poster wasn't Max, the information there sould be useful for him.

Also to ask help, you need to do it in the right way, I don't want to hear that his friends, uncles, blablabla are dying. Just do it like a "normal" person.

The money will help temporary, but if Max does not change his attitude...I'll be really sorry for his family.

BTW, I'm going to contribute with money too. I propose a deadline till next wednesday (tentative) so that day Max will have all the money from the contributions. Also it will help Detlef to don't drive crazy getting and putting money.

I want to thank Detlef for answering my request, your contribution was very helpful and, as you may see, it's helping to motivate the people. Any idea about a subject in the transfer so you can justify that money later without problems? some like "Solidarity to Trust7 member" will help?
