Hi,
I'm Bangladeshi. I'm a law student. I have finished my LL.B (Hons), LLM (International Commercial Law) and Bar Vocational Course (BVC) from UK.
If I have a job offer from an international shipping company as a lawyer and moreover, my fiance is German and her father wants to sponsor me for visa. I like to know, if I apply from Bangladesh for Germany on the ground of Skilled Worker, what is the possiblity of getting visa?

Possibility depends on whether your fiance can support you with stable monthly income . check the website for more details.

Hi,

If you have a job in Germany, then you apply for your visa in your own right; wife/father-in-law/fiance's father need not sponsor the visa. If there is no job in hand one usually can apply for a dependent visa, based on his/her spouse's rightful stay (either as a job-holder with residence permit or as a citizen of Germany), stable income and suitable housing. The above are for visa for a period of more than three months, i.e., not for tourist visa.
