Hello , 
I am in the process of application of German Blue card and I checked my education in ananbin website and it came out that my university(University of Calcutta, India) is marked as H+ but my degree (Bachelors of Science in Electronics (Honors 3 years course) has rating of A3 and is marked as "Conditionally Comparable". Can any one please tell me whther I am eligible for German Blue Card or not, all the other parameters like salary and contract type are satisfied properly.

Can anyone please suggets about it as it really important and I really need help immediately.
