ALG 1 after working 11 months

Hallo,

I know that the rule is if some one has contributed to social system for 12 months, then he is eligible for ALG 1.
What if someone worked for 11 months and is arbeitlos?

You know the answer already as you have mentioned.
If one has worked 12 months (minimum) or more, then he will get ALG1, if less than 12 months, than you will get nothing.

When does ALG 2 comes into play.
Is it after the completion of ALG 1 period .

Ofcourse ALG2 comes after ALG1
