I am a German national and going to marry with a Pakistani national in Pakistan. She is a current resident of UAE and has been living and working in UAE. She would come to Pakistan for the marriage.
I have following question:

Should we apply family visa from Pakistan or from UAE?
It is my second marriage in Pakistan. First marriage was resulted in a divorced during the visa processing period. The processing was not followed by us and was cancelled later on. Could it have any impact on my new application?
Can we apply without German language certificate and sent the certificate later on to save time? Thanks in advance
