It is very simple. Tell your employer to contact the foriegner office (ABH). May be when the ABH trying contact your employer, he may be not reachable.

I see strange. 

The reason for rejection is they could not verify the employer. 

But your company has already contacted you say. 

It shows that the visa office found that the company is not eligible for sponsoring workpermit. That may be the reason.

check it up with the company. orelse ask the company to go directly and talk to ABH. Better to talk in germany than in India
