Working Visa for spouse of EU citizen

Hi all,

I am an exchange student here in Germany, staying for a year. I have a EU citizenship (Austrian). I wanted to ask if anybody knows the exact procedure to receive a residence and working Visa for my wife (Non EU citizen), who will be joining me in a month or so.
