Pension money for visa extension/permanent residence

Toggle
Hello All ,

I started my masters in germany since oct 2007 and for the last two years i am in my Phd with a contract and paying my taxes. My third year will be finished by next year March.

Could you guys please let me know if my pension money is enough to extend my visa if in case i dont get a new contract to finish my phd.

Will this be enough to apply for permanent residence?

I really appreciate your time.

Many thanks.

Abd.

Hello there,
I think you mean the unemployment money. My friend was in the similar situation and able to receive the unemployment money but it is a difficult process. All the best.
