What is the income limit to qualify for Erziehungsgeld?

Hi All,

I applied for Erziehungsgeld to L-Bank a month back (with all required documents), and recently got their response that my income is over the limit to get Erziehungsgeld.
As far as I am aware, the net income limit to qualify for Erziehungsgeld is €30.000,00 per annum, any my net income is below this limit.

Can someone help me in understanding this issue, or tell me what other documents i could have submitted.
