Hi everyone .. I need your valuable inputs. I have a resident permit with current employer name on it n have got a contract from another firm. My question is , when is it required to change the employer name on resident permit ? Is it after joining the firm or before joining ? Do I need to submit any othr documents n how long it takes? Which one is more beneficial , blue card or resident permit?
