hi evryone,
i have posted a msg earlier also n i got reply for tht .. its indeed helpfull site .
i would like to ask one more question .. my marriage has not been registered in court .. is it the reason for verification of my marriage certificate which would take 3 months ?? is the court marriage certificate an internationally valid one ?? it would be helpfull for me if anyone could give me reply ( based on their experiences).
another thing i wanted to ask is my husband is on student visa which mite expire on july ( he can extend it max for 3 months ) . are there chances of rejecting my visa ( as i m on dependent visa) if they find out tht my husband's visa validity is till july...
i hope someone would help in this regard..
