Residential area in Berlin for family

Hi,

I have got a job offer in Berlin and i will be relocating in July along with my husband and son.

Could anyone in Berlin please suggest a good neighborhood for family? Also depending on that area, please provide suggestions on a good preschool as well. My son is 2 yrs old. He does not know German as our native language is different.

I read that prenzlauer berg / pankow is good for families and children.

My office is in Friedrichshain district. So i would want to stay within 30 mins from office.
