Hey,
I move to germany with my husband,and recently received an Aufenthalstitel-erwerbstätigkeit. I am having a hard time finding work here in germany and wonder if my visa would allow me to work and live in england? any replies?

if your husband is German and if you guys are living in Germany then the answer is a clear "No".

There is only one possibility, if you and your husband move to UK together then you can enjoy "Freedom of movement" as a spouse of an EU citizen..
