Hi,

I am student now and planning to buy 50% BahnCard which costs 100€ (for non-students it is 200€). My student status ends by the end of September.

Assuming that I'll work here in Germany for the next 2 years with GC, can I get the 50% BahnCard now and use it till it expires? (Thereby I can save 100€!) Is it valid and bound to the rules?

Yes, u can. Does't really matter if ur status changes meanwhile.
