Dear all,
I need to apply for tax declaration. But I have two 11 digit 'identifikationsnummer'. The one in Lohnsteuerbescheinigung is diffierent from the one seen on a letter which I received from Bundeszentralamt für Steuern. This letter is looks same as seen in wikipedia https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steuerliche_Identifikationsnummer. In this letter with subject 'Zuteilung der Identifikationsnummer nach § 139b der Abgabenordung (AO)' it is mentioned as 'Persönliche Identifikationsnummer'. Which number should I use (both numbers are 11 digit numbers!)..or do I need to inform any office?
