I have been engaged with my girlfriend from last 9 months, she is living in our home country and doing her studies. Is it possible that, I can claim her expenses in tax returns.

Would be glad to hear any of your insights.

No, the law regarding support only goes in vertical relationship (parents, grand-parents, grand-grand-parents... and kids) and recognized wife.
