Hi all,

I've been working in Firma X since September 2005. My contract is till the end of 2007 and visa bounded to company.

Now I've an interesting offer from another company. From searching trust7, I found that the process of changing job is not as simple as previously it was (when there was GC in effective). Like: I've to wait for more weeks, Arbeitsmarkcheck, etc.

Does anybody know the exact procedure? I still have 15 Urlaub days in Firma X. Will this be added and I get paid during the waiting period?
