Hallo, i need some help here please, regarding German citizenship.
I wanted to apply for German citizenship through Marriage and the ABH told me i could apply for it after 3 years in Germany.
After 3 years i went there again and they said yes, i can apply now and gave me a list of documents to bring.
I went there with all the documents they asked and this time she told me that i need to have paid 60 months of Rentenversicherung, if not i cannot apply for it.
She didn't tell me this before and i didn't know it either.
So is it really important, paying 60 Months of Rentenversicherung ?

Some answers here would be really appreciated!
Thanks

Yes they need either of your spouse to have paid 60 months RV and permanent residency. Other Spouse had to stay for 3 years together and application is applied for both.
