Dear all,

I am inviting my mother for 90 days on Schengen Visa. She will go to German Consulate, Mumbai next week for Schengen Visa.

I have prepared the Checklist of required documents (mentioned on http://www.mumbai.diplo.de/Vertretung/mumbai/en/04/Visabestimmungen/schengen.html) to be submitted to Consulate. If any one has experience with German Consulate, Mumbai regarding this matter, please go through the Checklist. If any document is missing or listed documents are sufficient?
- Mother’s Passport
- Schengen Visa Application form
- Official Obligation Letter (Verpflichtungserklärung)
- Two photos
- Medical Insurance and Declaration Letter for Medical Insurance
- Declaration of Genuineness of documents submitted
- Invitation Letter
- 4000 Rupees Demand Draft and Demand Draft Form
- My Passport copy and Work permit/Residence permit copy
