in Berlin with the New Law, GC-regulation, Job-Changing, Emplomentless, PR?

is it not enough to know that NE is without any restrictions mentioned on it ! its not like a work
permission etc... its a right to live your
whole life in DE, you can do "legally" whatever u
want to do...

u can do what ever you with it.

but if you still want to have your company name
mentioned on it -emoticon you can put a separate request
on your application for NE. -emoticon

MH what you say is not completely out of topic.
This thing that NE ca have NO restictions is new.
So it is posible that in Berlin for example, some Beamter tries to issue a NE on company.
It is posible because with old law it was normal thing. If that happends show Beamter where it says in AufenthG that NE CAN NOT have restrictions and if that does not help, get a lawyer.

Even according the old law, "unbefristete AE" can
not have any restriction. That is sure!

Back to the original post, I'm dealing with them for my WP and my wife's and they seem cool, even though the new law is still a bit fuzzy for them.
