NE - 60 months of Rentenversicherung. Does it count when employer part alon

Hi All,
I visited the ABH in my city and enquired about the possiblity of applying for NE.

Beamterin told me that I fulfill 5 years of stay condition (including my student time). But she told me that to get NE I need to have paid Rentenversicherung for 60 months.

During my student time I worked in University and at another company as a Student employee.

When I look at those old payslips, I found that the company with which I worked have paid employee part (arbeitnehmer anteil) also eventhough its too small.
The university has paid only Employer part(Arbeitgeber anteil].

1) When I get a Bescheinigung with BfA for Rentenversicherung, will the months for which only employer part was paid will be counted or not?

2) Are there any procedure to get the Bescheinigung with BfA? Or simply i could walk into their office to get such one.

3)Earlier I know from this forum that only for D-EG, 60 months of Renten versicherung is needed. Has this rule changed recently?
The ABH website says it as a prerequisite.
