I came here on 04-02-2005 for my studies.I got married to a German citizen on 10-09-2005.
My total stay in Germany is more than 3 years whereas only next month we will complete our 3rd Marriage Anniversary.
When am i eligible to apply for Niederlassungerlaubnis and what all documents i need for this?
Do i have to give some test or certification.I only have basic German(Grundstufe).
