I am looking for information about changing my bound visa to unbound visa. Before describing the problem in details i like to shed light on my profile.
1- from nov 04 to Dec 08 i have studied in germany
2- during my studies i worked as internee/thesis for 1.2 year
3- i start working as software engineer since jan 09.
4- my current visa is bound to my current employer (company)
5- currently im living in munich

Question:

i like to change my bound visa to unbound. There fore i have googled and found few legislations. those are as follows

I want to ask, is it good idea to go to KVR (Munich) and ask them for arbeitsunbeschräkung visum (unbound visa) on actual ceredentials.

Hi ,

Go to KVR munich and ask them to change it to unbounded visa. It is totally depend on the person who is sitting at KVR and listening to your request.
