Hi,

Does anybody here have an idea on what is the cost-to-company for an employee. Example, if an employee gets 50000 brutto. How much total cost does the company has to bear for this employee.

Is there any standard formula for this?

Someone told me 20% and someone told me 42% more.

Does anybody here know it correctly?

Rentenversicherung
431.13€
Arbeitslosenversicherung
71.49€
Krankenversicherung
284.40€
Pflegeversicherung
44.10€
Soli-Zuschlag
34.27€
Kirchensteuer
0.00€
Lohnsteuer
623.16€
Netto
2844.45€ per month

Now the additional "cost-to-company" in this example would be

Rentenversicherung (Employwer's contribution)
431.13€
Krankenversicherung (Employwer's contribution)
284.40€
Pflegeversicherung (Employwer's contribution)
44.10€

Total 859.13 Euro Per month.

The above figures hold good for German contract.

There will be a change very soon. If the employee is on a intra-company transfer from INDIA, then
then subtract all social benefits and social insurance from the above CTC.

Roughly it would be almost 2 times your monthly salary.

Apart from the salary plus social add ons, they also pay insurances, work space, infrastructure costs per employee.
