Hey Guys

I have a Personalgespräch with my boss tomorrow. It's the first time I have something like this. I guess it's kind of an annual review. I never did this before..What is this abt and do I need some kind of preparation for this? Pls advise...

It's indeed an annual review, in "normal" companies, they do it every year in time between January and March.
You will have to discuss how it worked for you during the last year and make plans for the year, what you will have to do, what you will have to improve, in which area you would like to develop yourself, in brief, it's just an open discussion with your boss about your last year and your future.

You cna even discuss salary rise, but only if your previous year has been good enough for :-) that's what I always did :-)
