Hello all,
I hope I get some advice here...
I am a GC since 4 years, for personal reasons I need to take unpaid vacation for 3 months. my emplyer agrees but he is not sure about the laws. to be more exact will he be obliged to pay his part of health insurance, pension, Arbeitlos insurance.
will I be also obliged to pay my part of these insurances...
will I need to inform any ...amt on this situation
if you have any experience or information please point it..
