Hello,

I am tarvelling to Getany, Stuttgart for 1 year with work permit VISA.
I want to invite my spouse on dependent VISA (not on Tourist visa), for entire of my stay.

In my company they are telling that if dependent duration is less than one year then dependent VISA will be rejected, and this rule is applicale only for Stuttgart region from bangalore.

Is this true??? I have checked on german website and called german councelate in bangalore but they are not aware with this new rule.

If somebody knows this please guide me how to get VISA for family in this case?

Hi,

Better you can write an email/call directly to German consulate, B'lore. They will reply with possible ways.
