Hi,

If you are married and have kids. Then, this applies to you.

Because, in that cause, one registers at the Rathaus and they change the Steuerklasse for the kid and if you give it to your employer, then there will be something less you have to pay in the Tax.

Its not a big difference, but still, its something, you should take care, if you have kids.

For the next part regarding "Freibetrag", ich weiss es nicht :-)
