From my experience any certificate fröm inlingua or VHS or Göthe institute are acceptable as their test is telc or GER approved..I think you should go ahead and submit your dependent visa application

Kavya, we cannot 100% sure. It varies case by case. As RICHTIG said, it will be considered. Most of the experiences shared in this portal are personal and hence cannot guaranteed. My wife had a A1 certificate from Inlingua. All the best though.
